So the story goes that Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt went to Chicago to check out the girls auditioning for Playboy's 55th Anniversary Playmate Search. Disappointed in the slim-pickin’s at the casting call, they headed over to Hooter’s to break for lunch. They also taped Bridget’s Playboy Radio show (The Bridget and Wednesday Friday Show-Sirius 198-10:00AM Fridays) while they were there.

Bridget noticed a beautiful girl at another table and asked her if she’d be willing to chat on the air for her show. She introduced herself as Crystal McCahill (real name:"Princess") from Chicago. Bridget commented that she should try out for the Casting Call. And surprise! She already had, the day before. And surprise two, her own mom is Gale Olsen, Miss August 1968! The girls were delighted.

Crystal went on to impress not only the girls, but the listening audience, the powers that be at Playboy, fans of The Girl’s Next Door and most importantly, Hugh Hefner. Crystal is slated to be Miss May 2009!

This Chi girl comes from a big family of six brothers and sisters. She has plenty of experience since she began doing pageants at the age of nine. She has done lots of modeling and it appears that Crystal is also an actress! BYOB Multimedia has her listed as "Mary” in their production of "Hag”. Well rounded Crystal is also a Vegatarian and into art. She loves high fashion and hopes to travel more promoting Playboy. Hef has became one of her favorite people and she enjoys spending time with him and his girlfriends at the mansion or going out.

Even though she is now a Playmate, she has returned to Chicago. She is a big fan of Chicago nightlife and works in the business. And the Cubs fan recently left a long term relationship and is happy to be single. We can’t wait to see where Miss May will go!
